My name is Emil Wisekal. I've been installing ceramic & porcelain tile on a variety
of surfaces since 1983, including:
kitchen floors, countertops, and backsplashes;
bathroom floors, walls and ceilings;
entry ways, foyers, exterior landings; patios;
fireplace surrounds and aprons;
garden and bay windows.
I've installed glass blocks of different shapes and sizes in interior and exterior bathroom walls.
(For light transmission, insulation, security, and ease of cleaning, glass blocks are superior to windows.)
I have experience working in newer and older buildings, and I use the
highest quality equipment and tools available.
Because I guarantee my work, I will only install tile on a surface that I can guarantee
will perform. Your existing surfaces may be adequate. There are instances when the floor
or subfloor may require replacement, but often a subfloor can be applied directly over the
existing floor, countertop, entry, etc. Bathroom tub-surround or shower walls may require removal and
replacement because of underlying moisture damage, but I can take care of that for you, too.
We will work together to find a solution that is best for your home. Before beginning
any job, I will discuss the job with you and lay out all the details,
including dates of start and finish, material costs, and labor charges.
Most of my work (happily) comes from referrals. But if you have not seen my work or don't
already know the people for whom I have done work, I will gladly provide references.
